I have experienced an awful service from this company since February, staff turning up late and also not turning up at all after arranging several different appointments and to my disgust they still owe me monies /or service which I paid up front after numerous emails and phone calls ! They still haven’t contacted me Please don’t use this company ! I’m still out of pocket after 3months !!
I have been a customer for several years and have had a mostly positive experience however, this has changed recently and the customer service has been truly atrocious. Cleaners were no shows on 2 consecutive occassions which have been paid for and have had no contact from the company. Have tried to reach out via email, landline, mobile, and WhatsApp a collective 32 times and no response at all. I just want my property back and a refund. Avoid at all costs.
Avoid at all costs! Be Clean is an unethical company that exploits its workers. My parents worked as cleaners for them for four years, and the company still owes them £17,000 in unpaid wages. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they have refused to pay what is rightfully owed. This is not just bad business—it’s outright theft. If they treat their employees this way, imagine how they operate elsewhere. Do not hire this firm!

We are really pleased with the cleaning done by Fabijana and Mitke! They do a deep clean every 2 weeks and really make the house sparkle! They also help with clothes washing, ironing and other cleaning jobs. Thank you so so much.
