Becky is absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable and understood! And I learnt more about my pelvic floor in an hour than I have in my 53 years! Everything explained so much better and with far more clarity and compassion than when I have been seen by Dr’s and consultants at the hospital. I was so pleased with the treatment I got with Kat at Becky Aston. I felt that she listened, took a lot of care and gave me some great advice. I also appreciated her holding my baby when she woke up during one of the appointments!
Saw Rachel for a mummy mot. She was fantastic, really professional and knowledgeable. Made me fel very comfortable and followed up with my personalised exercises within a few hours . Would highly recommend
