Arrived at 7pm Thursday night to Urgent Care and was seen within 2 minutes. Staff were so quick and helpful! Thank you team 🫶
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had an emergency appointment in the dental department today; I was in agonising pain from the night before and just needed a resolution for the issue. Instead the doctor, decided to patronise me, treat me as if I wasn’t human, wouldn’t let me speak when I tried to ask questions, kept reminding me that she was a dental doctor and in the end, sent me home with absolutely no resolution to the issue I had. I have been here twice with my little girl once when she was less than a month old and we had a great Doctor George who saw her quickly and even followed up an hour later to check she was okay and informed the children's hospital we had been there just incase we needed extra care but we didnt - whatever he gave her did the trick and her nail healed. Awful experience at Beckenham Beacon Urgent Care. Despite being referred there by my GP, I was met with hostility the moment I walked in. The receptionist was rude, setting a negative tone right away. When I finally saw the doctor, she was dismissive, cold, and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient in need. Her attitude was unprofessional and made it clear I wouldn’t receive the care I came for. I felt so disregarded and unwelcome that I decided to leave without being treated.
