Did a delivery there, so only a brief visit, but the young lady that received the parcel was very pleasant and polite. If this service is anything to go by, then clients will leave, giving favourable recommendations to others. That's got to be a good thing
staff are so nice and the dresses are beautiful at a good price too!!
managed to find a stunning prom dress at a good price and knew it was the one right away! staff were so friendly and welcoming and although i took the dress home with plans to alter it, they contacted me and found me a better size which was so thoughtful and saved a lot of time and money. nothing but a positive experience
They don’t have any website and google map said it’s open so I went from Guildford to there with an Uber and it was closed and there was a sign that says you need to call and make an appointment and when I called that number they gave me another number to text! I had to wait with a baby there for a long time and they said we are closed and you need to have an appointment for at least 2 weeks later!! I prefer to buy a nice dress online and don’t waste my time anymore!!
