I bought a Honda civic 9 months ago, it seemed like a good car, and it still is. But, the engine was running when arrived (so I couldn't check the oil) and I later found out there was hardly any oil in the engine, great start. They gave me a dodgy MOT as I've just found out the tyres are illegal and the arm bushes have completely worn away. There are quite a lot of dents and scratches which they covered up until I did a thorough clean. And when I asked twice if they could send off for a log book, they ignored me. Great service & crew
They said they will sort out the paper work in regards to transfer of ownership of the vehicle. Called numerous times and I was assured that the documents have been sent and it’s all up to the DVLA processing times for the paperwork. 3 months later nothing. Ended up calling DVLA and they said there was never an application for transfer of ownership. So I ended up calling Beavers Cars becauce of this.
