Absolutely disgusting customer service been using them for years even did our wedding flowers and every Christmas tree each year. I went in the shop to pick up a small bunch of flowers, found some was around 5 buds in a bunch. I asked the price from a members of staff said £3. I thought maybe she mistaken on which ones I was asking the price for as it’s 5 buds of cheap flowers, equivalent in co op around 20buds just down the road same flower £2.90 with flower feed.
