Amazing team of vets and nurses. They go above and beyond in terms of hospitality and treatment for my guinea pigs. They’re very transparent and communicate every detail that I need to be aware of, and very accommodating as well as I am quite an anxious pig mum. Will continue trusting them with my guinea pigs’ care.

My cat was tenderly put to sleep cos he was diagnosed with a tumor which was inoperable cos of his age and the size of the tumor but the stuff were very understanding

RVC has really gone down hill. Example, The dubious process of ordering a transcript for £20 in order to buy flea tablets from an online pharmacy has turned into a blatant act of financial exploitation. Why should one have to book an appointment with the vet for £58 to £88 just for RVC to assess my pet which is unnecessary. They claim the change in process is due to a “new legislation” however they have not been transparent with telling any dog owner the name of the alleged legislation or the date that it was enacted. The student Vet was very thorough however as expected unable to make decisions. Christiania the senior Vet was amazing and caring natural with my dog which can be aloof. She did a thorough dental examination of the teeth and explained in detail the management and pros and cons. Thank you. The clinical rooms are too small and looked shabby need upgrading. My only criticism is the reception staff looked stressed and not friendly. No smiling or greeting. The front desk reception is the first impression of a place and this has t... read more
