Dad did well on his heart procedure! Front of heart had 80% blockage. A stent was placed, he spent the night, came home next day. Therapy dogs Ava & Auggie visited & made us all smile. Thank you Beaumont Trenton!

My father in-law has been here 5 days and we have yet to speak to physician. Tue nursing staff is very caring, but despite numerous requests and messages, the doctor will not call is. I am not sure they understand what a patient satisfaction survey is and how it effects their reimbursements. But I do. Update evening of 10/5/18. Dr. Hamza called the nurse but apparently his phone doesn’t work with patients families outside the building. He will be here between 10 and 3 tomorrow. Poor poor customer service.
Worst hospital ever. Don’t recommend going there even if your dying
I would like to thank the wonderful ladies at Beaumont Breast Care Center Trenton! Radiologist Dr. Caroline Henien & Cindy Massengill were wonderful at my 1 year check on October 10. Kind, courteous, & informative, as always :) Also, had a great visit with Dr. Helen Mabry the same day following my breast imaging appointment. Made my day easier!
Check in for outpatient surgery was quick and easy. Everyone was professional and nice. Patient rooms were great!
They lie on patient billing. Doctor Ying claimed he came in to my room and seen me on a recent hospital visit but yet he never stepped foot in my room. Later i received a bill in the mail for his services of 843.00. Nobody can tell me exactly what the charges are for either. They have no codes and nothing itemized. They are trying to scam people out of money. Well sorry DOC I am not funding your next vacation, car purchase or whatever other trick you are trying to pull. DO NOT go to this hospital for anything.
