RecommendedI couldn’t have asked for better care. All the staff from pre-op to the nurses who took care of me post op on the 5th floor. They were all amazing.
Although multiple family members, including my 13-year-old son, were born at Beaumont hospital Royal Oak, I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in and have no faith in the way that the ICU department is handling end of life situations with Covid patients. Why is Beaumont still allowing genital mutilation of babies and that are barely 4 lbs? Sick!
IT WAS DIRTY FOR STARTERS. MY 9 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND MYSELF WERE TREATED LIKE ABSOLUTE TRASH. WE GOT TALKED ABOUT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. TRIAGE AND THE WAITING ROOM IS ALL TOGETHER AND OPEN. I HAD TO SIGN MY DAUGHTER OUT, TAKE HER TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL. DIDN'T GET EVEN A TEMP CHECK DESPITE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH COVID! BY FAR THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER!
RecommendedThis is the only hospital downriver I will go to and trust. I love how they have seperate rooms for everyone including in the er.

RecommendedKudos to Beaumont Service Center. Very well organized COVID vaccine distribution. Long line but it only took 30 minutes total. Well organized and staff was great.
