Beaumont Trenton a true schizophrenic you let go that was petitioned. Didn’t seek out the person that petitioned him. So Beaumont let me ask you this, is it your normal practice to allow someone to be discharged home that takes apart smoke detectors, try’s to rip out the antenna of there $40,0000 car, crying about LED flash waves, attacking their mother to get to her phone cause there is people “tracking him” piss poor car. I have a question Beaumont Trenton. Is it regular practice to discharge a petitioned pt from the ED after 12hrs. A patient thats paranoid, disabling smoke detectors, WiFi routers, furnaces, breaking phones, trying to destroy the antenna of their vehicle, attacking their mother all because they believe they are getting LED flash burns from these devices and people are recording. Your Warren West urgent care location is a black eye on your whole system. They will be causing me to immediately stop using any sort of medical services through Beaumont.

No rules told when bringing in a patient for out patient surgery. Wasn't told driver had to go home and sit in car for 3 hours or more. POOR communication. Sorry but HENRY FORD DETROIT very good HOSPITAL. AT least they explain no visitor's allowed to wait in waiting room. POOR communication once again. Sorry but tell people first they can't wait for patients in surgery unless u sit in car. TERRIBLE experience.
Horrible experience with emergency. No consult or results explained to patient. Just tests and sent home with a sorry we can’t keep you here even thought you have COVID Pneumonia 😩 no IV not even a glass a water. But I’m sure the bill will be outrageous. So sad. Very disappointing. God help us all.

EVERYONE in ER was awesome helping me quickly get the care and treatment I needed. I had to stay a week at the hospital and I was completely thankful for all my wonderful caregivers. THANK YOU all!!

RecommendedWe caught up recently with my husbands PA’s from his 30 day hospital stay (non-Covid neurosurgery patient during March-April). These women were life-lines to both of us. Texting and FaceTiming with their own phones when he wasn’t able to. Being excellent, caring professionals, a link between us and our wonderful Dr. Matthew Dashnaw. For all those days we were apart, I was grateful my husband was in such good hands.
