Really rude and unprofessional! A friend of mine with COVID went in for shortness of breath and chest pains and the nurses made it seem like she was lying and were badmouthing her??? DISGUSTING

RecommendedI cannot say enough wonderful things about the Nurses, Staff and Doctors. Went in scared having trouble breathing with chest pains and everyone was kind, professional and caring.
Sent my child home after bloodwork and urine came back okay despite something being blatantly wrong. This hospital is garbage!!!

My father went in with shortness of breath plus all the Covid symptoms and was hooked up to oxygen for 3 hours and when his rapid came back positive they basically rushed him out of the hospital without monitoring him off the oxygen tank, with no steroids or anything and told him to monitor his oxygen. They did not send him home with any way to monitor his O2. They basically sent him home to die. We are all completely disgusted with the staff at Beaumont. My sister came down with an uncommon disease that caused necrosis of the skin. Her doctor didn't do much for her, and we found out that he suspected the disease last year. Had she been treated earlier, she may have lived.

RecommendedI had my gallbladder out on Friday. Major props go to Beaumont Trenton for supporting me as a breastfeeding mom! They made a sign to put on my door for when I was pumping, brought and let me keep 2 manual hand pumps when I was too out of it to set up my electric pump, kept bringing me ice for the cooler whenever I needed, and every single nurse told me how amazing of a job I was doing for pumping in the hospital. Had to take my 86 year old mother into emergency Wednesday night and she waited with my sister for 4 hours in a chair in The waiting room, feeling nauseous and faint, but they did nothing. There was 1 particular nurse that had a serious attitude and was very abrupt and disrespectful to my mother when my sister told her she needs to lay down she’s feeling faint. I’m very upset since covid with the staff and physicians. I have called a few times in regards to common colds and questions with my child’s health. I’ve specifically asked to have a televisit with Dr. Less to speak with her over my concerns, and multiple times I have been denied to speak with her and just advised to go straight to the emergency room.
