RecommendedBrought my 92 year old Mom in on 6/20/19. ER staff were quick and efficient. The staff in the observation wing were kind, competent and compassionate. They took great care of her. We are all grateful and thankful for all they did!
As soon as I arrived at the ER, before my husband parked the car, I was taken to triage for evaluation. By the time my husband walked in, I had a fresh ice pack and was quickly taken to a room. Met with a doctor within 5 mins being in the room. We were in and out in an hour. I think someone checked on me every five minutes. Best care at ER ever!
A lot better by far than promedica Monroe
the worst hospital I have ever been too. the staff was extremely rude and rushed me out of my room to get another patient into it. then when calling for paperwork was hung up on by the ER staff then was treated even worse when I went in to get paperwork from them. I will never go back if that is how they treat their patients. horrible practice!
I was there in Feb. had minor surgery and it seems like everything is fine now. nice staff, private room, ok menu took care of me.
They are very nice and helpful and the X-ray people are very nice and the nurses to they are very good at there job
