RecommendedI had outpatient knee replacement performed on Friday 9/11/2020. Dr. Silberg, his team and the staff of Dearborn Surgical Center have been outstanding. From the moment I entered the building until I left and the daily phone calls checking on me it's quite surprising how great these people are. I am still on the waiting room approaching four hours for an extremely ill wife who is vomiting for five hours. Bathroom was peed all over leaving now where for her to vomit while awaiting a chance to see a doctor who will probably tell her she needs surgery. Folding chairs to boot while in pain and puking. They haven’t disinfected one chair or wheel chair since we’ve been here. My first time here and I will never return. The staff blows you off because there annoyed with people waiting. Just a miserable experience.
When my mom was diagnosed with cancer in late April/early May I was devestated. However I took solace in the fact that she was being treated at Troy Beaumont Hospital. Not impressed,wife had surgery today, still waiting for a clean bed for her. Nursing had no idea the room wasn’t clean til I told them and house keeper can’t be located, imagine that. So she still waits in Recovery having been NPO since midnight last night and it’s almost 5 PM now. Never again, never.
I have been waiting for 2.25 hours in ER with a patient with cardiac symptoms of distress. Is this normal? I think not !!
worst hospital ever, sorry to say that but dang, I feel for anyone who has to go this horrible place!
RecommendedExcellent in everything. I can’t say more. I spent exactly 2 months back in 2012 and I just can’t describe how they are wonderful people from the doctors to the people who cleans the room. Oh my God I share tears every time I remember that period. I was hit by a car while walking on the sidewalk and she throw me like 60 feet and I had broken left arm and my left leg were damaged bad , plus I had TBI. No one thinks that I will make it, but thank God first and thanks to them they saved my life and I am living and enjoying life... read more
RecommendedI really hope all you staff doesn’t feel this way... and I really hope she does not take care of any officers in need. This makes me very uncomfortable even going to your hospital.
