Very helpful and friendly reception staff - in person and over the phone. The GP and nurses I have seen so far have been the same. Relatively easy to get an appointment. I’m very happy with the service.
Just wanted to say lucky we are to have such a great health centre, I have always managed to see a doctor or nurse within a short time and always treated extremely well. Today a new doctor to me Nathan Pictor went the extra mile and researched an issue I have and sent a message the same day, very impressed, thank you
If it was not for the receptionist noting my breathing difficulty an prioritating my access to a doctor then I would not be here today.I had sepsis and given a fifty, fifty chance of survival.
Needed a medical for work and Beaumaris Health Centre was the closest place that did it. They were professional and very friendly. It makes a difference.
My husband ordered his repeat heart medication online, he left a note to say he would collect the script directly from the surgery and for them NOT to send it over to the pharmacy. He arrived yesterday to collect only to be told they had ignored the note and sent it over to Rowlands, it will now be next week before the gets his medication. Rowlands send them off site and takes about a week to receive back. My husband has now run out of medication
