We had a wonderful experience at Beau Occasion while shopping for my daughter’s prom dress. Adele was absolutely amazing kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and confident, and helped her find a dress that was absolutely perfect. Adele’s eye for detail and her warm, professional approach made all the difference. I took my daughter for her dress only 2 weeks before her prom. Adele was amazing, she .ade my daughter feel at ease and found the perfect dress. She had the dress ordered and delivered in a matter of days. The whole process was seamless, i will 100% be reccomending to my family and friends.
From the moment we walked through the door, Adele made us feel welcome and at ease. One twin knew exactly what she wanted so was done within 10 minutes! However the other twin could not decide on style of dress or colour. Adele was very patient and gave her advice and helped her along the way, She even asked us to come back the day after if she could not make up her mind. From the first visit to try and what felt like a hundred dresses to the final fitting, Adele was fantastic. She help so much in ensuring we had the right dress and gave advice on thing like taping and suggestions of hidden straps for when the dancing started and was just so helpful. Highly recommend Adele at Beau Occasion for a stress free prom dress experience.
