Beardslee Castle might seem a bit out of place in the woods near the Adirondacks, but this fine dining establishment in the Hudson Valley offers a traditional American menu with Asian and Mediterranean influences. Built in the 1860s, the castle remained a private residence until the 1940s when it opened as "The Manor" and allowed in visitors. Beardslee opened in its current incarnation in 1994. We have spent every Easter at Beardslee Castle for years. We miss it today. The food and atmosphere is fantastic.

Due to current events, our wedding needed to be postponed. Lynn has been more then accommodating to help us get everything switch to a different date! We truly appreciate it and looking forward to having our wedding there!

How dare you treat the military like that! You should be ashamed of yourselves, we are in the middle of a pandemic,have a heart. I am so disappointed, we used to love coming here here for the mystery dinners, will no longer Be a patron of this disgusting establishment.

Disgraceful service to a military couple who's deposit they are keeping in the midst of this pandemic. Everyone else is busy giving to others and your greedy hands are in their pocket just taking. That's a big NOPE from me! Trash!

I'm so disappointed that you chose NOT to refund a deposit for a cancelled wedding scheduled for April 25. The groom is active military and under a strict travel ban until at least May 11th. As a restaurant owner myself, I find your action disheartening and sad. These are times that business owners need to step up and look beyond our own checkbook. Had my dream wedding there last summer. The staff were attentive and accommodating every step of the way and the building is known as a local gem. Highly recommend.
