My dog and I used Beacon View for over 2 years and spent over £4K. After the last appointment where she had a chest X-ray (£650) I collected her and picked her up in the reception area where she smelt. I did not realise until I got home she was covered in feces which in turn went onto my car seats and coat. I called BV for feedback, there response it didn't happen with us. The staff are friendly and welcoming to owners and pets from the moment you step inside. They make every pet feel at ease through their confidence sessions and nothing is too much trouble.
Such a fantastic practice a world apart from others we have used over the years for our pets. The staff go above and beyond for Lottie and I am so grateful to have their expertise in managing her long term conditions. Special thanks and credit also go to Claire our Vet who is absolutely brilliant at what she does and how she communicates with us but more importantly our dog lottie. Thank you
Great caring staff
The Rolls-Royce of veterinary practices. Good at explaining the ramifications of Buster’s conditions and the prognosis. Excellent. And then the vet Claire was her usual highly observational and helpful self, and supported me and Buster completely. Always a pleasure.
