Beacon View staff are always friendly caring and compassionate. The appointments are never rushed. It is easy to park and a stress free environment with lovely staff. They helped us say goodbye to our beloved Twig with so much care and support. We are pleased to introduce our Buddy a mini long haired dachshund to them and know he will be in safe caring hands for many years to come. Thank you x

My cat, Albert is a new patient with Beacon View and unfortunately his first appointment with them was because he was poorly. He had further appointments while investigations were carried out and I cannot fault any of the staff or the service. Every member of staff I interacted with, either in person or telephone; vets, nurses or reception were incredibly helpful, kind, supportive and understanding. took my dog Teddy to beacon view vets today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care he received. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, compassionate, and attentive, making both Teddy and me feel at ease during what was a stressful day. The vets took the time to carefully examine Teddy, explain his condition, and discuss the best course of action. My dog and I used Beacon View for over 2 years and spent over £4K. After the last appointment where she had a chest X-ray (£650) I collected her and picked her up in the reception area where she smelt. I did not realise until I got home she was covered in feces which in turn went onto my car seats and coat. I called BV for feedback, there response it didn't happen with us. I also asked before the X-ray to get her dew claws cut under anesthetic. This was not done despite promising it would be and written on her notes.. No lon... read more
