Absolutely disgraceful care . Really don’t care . Do not send your loved ones here
How do you get to speak to any member of staff at this surgery? I have tried 3 times and waited patiently only to have to listen to a tape that stuck in a loop repeating the same incomplete sentence. At no stahe was there is no update of where I was in the queue. Impossible to get any service.
The staff are all lovely and very caring - Mum was in for respite care and was extremely happy here - managing her dementia with understanding and love. Fresh food with snacks in the day ! I would certainly recommend it
Excellent carehome..professional with a very homely feel.
