I went for our welcome appointment and everyone is so helpful and friendly, there was a mix up with the location of my appointment but instead of turning me away for a new appointment, they still managed to fit us in, this would not have happened at my old vets, I would have had to make a new appointment so I was very appreciative of this. The summer court location really does need blinds up the windows as it is very uncomfortable for people and pets in the waiting area, the squinting gives you a headache and it gets very wa... read more

My friend recommended Beacon vets and said they were lovely caring folk and their services were reasonably priced. I have only been there for the initial Welcome visit. I was told all was well with my lovely boy Smudge but he is a tad overweight! I am now feeding him less food suggested for a smaller cat so am sure this will help. So happy to be at Beacon vets.

We recently moved to the area and have a 16 year old husky who needed an urgent appointment. We checked reviews online first and decided to ring the surgery and the very friendly and helpful receptionist was able to book us in that morning. Can’t thank you all enough for car... read more

We visited Beacon vets in Summercourt for an initial “get to know you” visit with our dog, Finlay. It was an absolutely fantastic experience for us from the second we walked in. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. We met Sarah the vet who immediately recognised that we have a nervous dog - although he hides it well - and she took great pains to reassure him before each part of the examination. She was fantastic with Finlay and still had enough patience left over to answer all our questions. We are very happy... read more

I had to take my elderly Greek shepherd to them on 28th August as he was incredibly uncomfortable and had many old age issues, from start to finish they made his last few moments special he had lots of fuss a whole tub of biscuits!!! He fell asleep with his head on my knee and he didn't even realise he'd been injected it was so gently done. It made his time peaceful and was handled with compassion. Thank you from Notty and myself, they also gave me a little glass bottle with some clipped fur from notty in a keepsake organza... read more
