Amazing staff made me feel so comfortable and safe after being extremely nervous for endoscopy, the most wonderful nurse lisa who calmed me through the whole procedure without her I would have been a mess, thank you for helping me through
Dr Andre was absolutely brilliant. I was so so frightened about having minor surgery and he made me feel so comfortable. He was cracking jokes the whole time, he explained the procedure in thorough detail and he made me feel so comfortable even though I was terrified. I was referred on the NHS for a gastroscopy and received an appointment for just a few weeks later. I can't praise the clinical team enough. Everyone was extremely kind and professional and really made me feel comfortable ahead of a procedure I eas nervous about. I was looked after by Sal before the procedure and Santosh afterwards and both were fantastic at explaining what would happen and what was found during the examination. They were brilliant.
