Hotel is in the heart of all South Beach action. Mr. Victor at front desk was a perfect gentleman even loaning me his personal phone charger twice as I left mine in my vehicle. Beach chairs and towels come with your stay. You are right across from beach and air conditioning worked fantastically. Free breakfast is included and all staff were cordial and ready to please.

The food wasn't the best. I had the Seafood paella...I was disappointed. For the price I expected...great!
Customer service is excellent but rooms are horrible! I had to switch rooms 3 times! This is an old hotel with very little amnenities but now I know for next time.

Amazingly kind and helpful staff.. clean hotel with clean rooms.. food though a bit overpriced (as with anything on that strip) very good! I would stay again! and recommend this hotel to others. They even provided us with beach chairs and towels and let us leave our car after checkout so, we could take one last trip to the beach! how great is that!? However, pay attention to drink prices .. you can pay up to $45 for a fish bowl. Prices not listed next to the drinks... and they won't tell you unless you ask .. only downfall. ... read more
I enjoyed my stay there, my favorite part was being picked up and driven back to and from hotel in a luxury vehicle. The rooms were cozy. The Place, is the restaurant that are associated, they did a good job as well!
