This hotel is in a great location and has a very good restaurant. Good place to people watch.

Overrated, rusty bathrooms, cleaning means new towels and sheets but nothing more. Cranky waitresses at breakfast and female hosts.
The rooms are nice bigger than most in South Beach. The food is simple and bland no filters. The Chef was very rude with us. We arrived early so the front desk was accommodating by giving some of my group the free bland breakfast. He went crazy acting like he never seen black people eat. He told all of us we could not eat. Shame on you!!!!!. Otherwise the Hotel Staff has been real accommodating to us. We booked 40 rooms and no problem. The Restaurant is not associated with the Hotel.

This hotel has great service. The employees are very nice and helpful. The food is really good but pricey. They provided us with beach chairs and towels for the beach which was right across the street. Rooms are a decent size wish they had a lot more amenities and a pool since I'm not big on beach water but overall, I would come here again and would recommend it to others.

The picture online are photo shop!! The rooms are amazingly SMALL!! They are run down. Equivalent to staying at a Red Roof in... And not the Red Roof Plus either.. The lighting in the room is horrible. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned.. Your paying for being on Ocean Blvd across from the beach...

Beacon is a registered historical landmark, still maintaining most of its authenticity structurally, and you will find small rooms and spaces to be a common theme in the Art Deco District, but we understand it may not be for everyone.
