Kaja the manager ...Rene the bartender who made great drinks and service.clean small hotel but with the attention and service of a big hotel .Julio the man at the door and desk service were great I'm going back and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay on Ocean drive

Great place and great location in the heart of South Beach! We will definitely stay here the next time we go to South Beach! Cute, quaint, clean hotel and rooms in the art deco style. The staff went above and beyond, especially Augustin & Mathew!

Wasn’t what it was made out to be. Rooms were beyond small and as coming in and out you were being harassed by the greeters for the restaurant felt uncomfortable. Best thing was the shampoo lol. As I forgot mine � room was clean and did have a cvs right next door. Def was in the middle of ocean drive easy to get around.

Amazing service (at front desk) , I would stay again but, the room service was extremely loud... unbelievably loud outside my room which woke me up. I have never been in a hotel where the room service ladies yelled and cackled outside of guests rooms. I would understand if it were guests (let’s be realistic) but, it wasn’t.
We ate there and had a few cocktails. Food very good. Staff exceptional professional and courteous. Would recommend it

Gotta love the happy hour and views of the beach scene while dining.
Tolles Hotel in direkter Strandlage. Jedoch einen Minuspunkt für das Frühstück. Permanent wird man von den Angestellten zum Essen animiert. Auch als Hotelgast wird man permanent von dem Personal angesprochen. Das nervt. Hotelzimmer sehr gut. Reinigungspersonal sehr aufmerksam.
