Absolute scammers green tick everything on essentials, yet cars are clearly messed up. Hope this location closes down atleast other locations have people that are understanding and help. Thiis locations full of morons behind the counter not willing to assist even though we buy 100s of cars a year from them. I'll move to another auction just like the 100s of other traders no more buying from you and hope you go bust from it. Thanks
Rude and unhelpful staff
One of the worst BCA sites we have ever been to. Customer service is poor , cars are always appraised wrongly , especially grading . It's been a few times when we went and cars had way more damage than in pictures and staff has dealt with this very bad. We will try to avoid buying from this unprofessional location in future .
