Such an easy, stress free way to finance a car! Chris was so helpful with the finance side with explaining everything into detail as it is my first ever car and I was unsure on how everything worked. So quick and easy! Brian delivered my car at a low charge and went through all paper work and explained everything so well, so polite and patient. They had such great customer service and care I would 100% recommend.
Understandably, there is always some anxiety when purchasing a car unseen. Circumstances didn’t allow me to see the MG VS in person before buying, but I can honestly say the entire team at BC Cars were nothing sort of professional, helpful and courteous during the entire process. They were in contact throughout, making sure I was fully informed of how the purchase was progressing. I’d definitely use them again. Thank you!
Would avoid and go to somewhere that will care. I bought a car less than a month ago and it’s failed to start 3 times already. Costing me money in taxis, being late to work and now costs for replacement parts. On a previous review I saw the owner say he was disappointed that someone left a review without calling first and seeing what they could do… well I called and was fobbed off as quick as possible. From start to finish Brian was on hand to assist any questions I had, purchased a Smartcar fortwo, great customer service and held on to the car for two weeks with a deposit as I was on holiday. Would highly recommend and would purchase another car again in the future
