Food was good but the service was so bad we will never be back!!

I called and said I had a dog and was eating outside. I told her I was here but she ignored me and 5 groups came in after me. This is the third time they have bee rood and not good to customers. The first time with my dog. There pizza is overpriced and servers and hostess are rood. They said why did you not come into the hostess? I have a dog and called. The outside is totally empty and they treated me with disrespect.
Came here on recomendation of a friend while we were here for GenCon and the food did not disappoint. The crust was crisp yet soft, all ingredients full of flavor. And special shout out to Charlie who made our first visit great! This may become a new convention tradition.

Well...your sign says you close at 11...we were there 15 minutes prior...but we are sorry..we can't seat you anymore...Maybe you should post that on your sign. Sucky customer service at it's best!
The best pizza I've had in a very long time. Service and atmosphere very good. Can't wait to go back.
