The fitters did a good job . There was a slight issue that I rang about and was disappointed with communication with the office. Otherwise quite happy with the door
We had a conservatory built by baytree a few years back and just recently had a minor issue with a drip of water. We informed them, and the next day, they sent Gary out, who came in blustering weather and sorted it. I fully recommend baytree and would definitely use them again. Also, the after sales, as you can see in this review, has been superb. Thank you so much Baytree.
Brilliant service from start to finish. Everything was as originally agreed.The installers,groundworkers and finishing teams were superb.Neil and Ross managed our project with care.Do not go anywhere else Baytree will not let you down!. Oh and our Conservatory looks fantastic.
Better late than never, I had Baytree to do our Conservatory best guys ever from start to finish Martin came round such a nice guy Ross came to measure up & submit to planning for other reasons it had to be re designed but we got their in the end. so we were waiting for a start date. Here's the best bit we had Safestyle fit new windows & doors 14hrs later they asked for payment. I did not pay.
