absolutely the most unpleasant experience I've had, EVER! and I travel for work alot and usually and always choose Baymont inn for week stays or several days, This will be the very last time I ever come back.
RecommendedI highly recommend anyone that is passing through of in the area visiting or even on business trip to stay at this hotel. They offer great service from the front desk to the housekeeping and all other areas.

RecommendedJanuary 4, 2019 we were taking a trip from Lansing, MI to Moscow, OH to deliver barn cats to a barn that needed some. I had the directions on my laptop (not wanting to waste toner to print them) but was having difficulty reading it because it was so sunny out. Hoping that I could get it printed we stopped here to ask. Luke was WONDERFUL!! He had a flash drive that we could move the file with and he very cheerfully printed it for me! I had reserved 2 rooms on bottom floor. We arrived about 4pm (Check in time) , our room was on 2nd floor. They stated all the rooms on bottom floor were full! Ugh! Our friend went to the fitness room, and got locked in. The lock on the door was broken. We went to get in the pool....COLD. We asked desk guy, he stated it was regulated to 70 degrees! Wayyy too cold. Rooms clean, but that's about it.
Worst service ever. Manager is disrespectful, arrogant and straight up di**. Didn't honor price given and was unbelievably rude! Upped the price becuase of of some even and told my mom if she wanted cooperates number she'd need to find it herself. Wow...smh...never again.
Wife got a call yesterday, she had made reservations back in Feb for June., "BTW its Nascar weekend so we will only honor your reservations if you pay more than triple the original price." Several communications from the manager, none of which will he admit that its dishonest, call himself an ethical man. After several years of using this hotel, never again.
