horrible! My parents stayed here and had all their stuff stolen out of their truck! And from what I've heard this isn't the first time it has happened. The hotel does not have cameras on all angles to see everything. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
A great stay,staff is professional and courteous, room was clean and was maintained daily. Had a TV problem that was not the fault of motel, they had it corrected quickly. Breakfast was great, dining room very clean, employees eager to serve you. I recommend this motel highly. I will stay here again.
But we were charged 150.00 plus the charge for our room and I am now dealing with my credit card to get it taken off my bill
Well, after driving ALL day, we arrived around 230am very tired.. given a dirty, used room (yuk), then given another room (after walking from one end to the other twice)..this one was empty but was about 90` and smelled very musty..bathroom had..2 towels (3 of us) broken fixtures in restroom area(wife cut hand)..free breakfast (lol) was out of everything, when i asked about missing items was told the breakfast was over in 20-30 mins and they went back to talking to one another.. After driving for three hours to get here and having a reservation for more expensive room for two weeks. We were ignored by a lady whom I assume is a manager, then she just sorta shrugged and said "well. The room you reserved has already been taken...sorry." She did offer to give us a discount on a regular room. But we were only an hour past check in time. They do not respect reservations, and are not very nice. We were left three hours from home with no place to stay. Would never recommend this place.
The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have found spiders and bugs everywhere. There's mildew/mold on the grout of the shower walls, the walls are paper thin and you can hear every single word of the neighbors conversations. It is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!
The staff are very helpful and nice. Our room and the entire hotel were very clean and nice. Our room was big and cozy. We loved our stay here!
