Left with bug bites extremely basic hotel hallways smelled.
I needed a handicap accessible room stated this in my booking not only was the room not accessible but on the 2nd floor no elevators ..why didn't they call me to inform they had no rooms .too late to find other accommodations so after driving ten hours I climbed 2 flights of stairs no shower too risky no grab bars in the bathroom horribly unclean room.. broken drains. Coffee pot unworkable. Front desk gal shrugged her shoulders and charged me $97 which should have been $89.... no more Baymonts for this disabled person ..emba... read more
Amazing staff, great rooms, AMAZING BEDS and UNBEATABLE prices! 20 stars!
The place looked very nice. Our room was awesome would have liked a mini fridge, but no big deal. Had adequate parking for our 5th wheel and we're able to walk a short distance to Red Lobster for dinner. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful on anything Good price and great value.
Literally the drawer on the bedside table slammed open and shut all night until I had to go to the front desk and ask for a different room. I stead they taped the drawer shut. The tv was super fuzzy and you could barely see what was on the screen. I thought I was staying at a really nice hotel. My complaints were met with no concern. I told them I was going to need an extra night but decided against it because of these issues as I was offered nothing in response to my complaints
