Wouldn't recommend to anyone, my mom and sister reserved rooms for family coming into town for our family reunion and family came in and they still charged my mom and sister's card as well. Going to report them to better business bureau!!!!
Had a family reunion this weekend and family from all over are complaining about extra charges added to their cards! Family who paid cash we're being charged again at check out!! Some family who made reservations showed up to check in and there were no records of their reservations and had to find another place to stay!!! Very inconvenient and the staff very rude and inconsiderate!!
AC don't work they have no other room for is I asked for a fan they dis not have one the halls was hot. I asked what do I need to do next he said he could refunds us o for 2 rooms one for me and my husband andd one for my mother in law that has health problems he will not refund her room no way I will leave her her we need to keep a eye on her they said well we can't refund that room very mad at these people. O hate this place will never go to anyone again
Place is a DUMP.... Room smelled like urine. AC was not on when arrived, which made the smell much worse. Interior of the hotel was not air conditioned. Front desk agent was totally inarticulate and horrible at his job.. Internet / WIFI is .75mbps slow as molasses.... Wish I could Give zero stars.Worst "hotel" experience in 48 year.. HORRIBLE.... Roach Motel would be a huge improvement than this place...
The bathroom tub had long hair, ( not clean ) when you walked in the room smell as they sprayed some chemical to get out some bad smell.
Hotel was decent nice and clean but NO internet! It didn't even show up nothing!!!!
Nice room but housekeeping needs some work. Really a good value. Dust is not my thing...
We stopped only for one night and we had a pleasant stay. The guy at the front desk was very helpful. Although the keycards were terrible, you had to slide them through very, very slowly and prey that the door would open. Other than that we had a good stay. Breakfast was ok. Room was ok, clean. For a stopover it's a good motel.
We had no problems at all. Clean, quiet and a good breakfast buffet.
