Old facility with poor quality attempts at repairs such as re-caulking bathroom, patching and painting of walls and ceilings. Noisy plumbing within walls and ceilings of adjacent rooms above and next to my room. Carpet has a 4 ft wrinkle in the center of my room.
Wish I could recommend this place but just can’t. They did not honor the rate we were given online. The people at the front desk were not knowledgeable and they were so rude to Tom on the phone. The room was not what I saw online either.
Where do I start? We were given room 226. We walked in and the curtains were ripped from the rod and you could not close them for privacy, both bedside lamps were burnt out, bed was lopsided and leaned to the left. Bathroom sink sprayed water all over you no matter how low it was turned on. One set of towels for two people......no microwave as pictured and fridge wouldn’t work. So many problems with this hotel. Halls and main areas are not air conditioned. They ran out of towels and sheets daily. Our sink was broken. The front desk was run ragged. They did not have our reservation when we checked in.
I cannot believe that Wyndham allows their name on this hotel. This place is absolutely disgusting. Fixtures hanging on by a thread, windows and walls disgusting. Manager Amber is snotty!

Management stinks in booking rooms Customer service is non existent. There is zip ties holding the lamp shades on. I would have given this place ZERO STARS!!!
