I have been in and out of BSW McKinney 4 times in 5 weeks. My liver levels are extremely elevated. The doctors keep telling me I’m fine and sending me home with antibiotics(they had me on FIVE ANTIBIOTICS) Sunday I was in ER for jaundice and coughing up blood. They also found blood in my urine, asked if I was on my period I said I haven’t had one in 5 years. Dr said blood in urine is normal. As of Monday 8/5 I am now at Presbyterian in Plano with Pneumonia and stage 4 liver failure. I recommend NOT GOING TO BAYLOR!!!!!!!!!

Only one visit . Not particularly nice .
My adult daughter just discharged from Baylor Scott White in Mckinney this afternoon. This is our second inpatient stay in 4 1/2 months. She had numerous surgeries in the day surgery area / probably 7 and 2 inpatient surgeries this yr and 2 day surgeries last year. We have nothing but praise for the compassion and competence of everyone we encountered. Day surgery. Wound/ ostomy clinic. Oncology floor /3 Everyone was so kind and considerate. If you need an ER in the area, I recommend Medical City McKinney. The waits at the ER here can be insane and the whole area seems very unorganized. If you choose to come here I highly recommend calling first. Although the wait times you’re told will still vary.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. St. John for weeks and keep getting the run around. The front desk woman, Kayla, is horrible. She needs to be replaced or you will continue to lose patients. Every time I’ve called she has been snarky, rude and refuses to do her job. I’ve worked in medical offices for the majority of my working life and have never encountered someone has horrible as her. I will keep this review up on both google and here until she is replaced.
