Horrible bedside manner. Took my wife here on Christmas Day because she has an earful ear infection and it started bleeding. They do nothing. Then they send the lady in asking for $788.... wtf. On Christmas. What happened to compassion, bedside manner, HEALTH care. No you just want your money.

Took my mother to the ER after a fall. Have to say, we waited longer for a table at Babe’s chicken than we did to see a Dr. Thank you for giving her such great, pleasant, and compassionate care!
I am giving my overall experience a one but will break it down departmently. Went to the ER for pain in my right side after a hysterectomy 3 weeks post-op. Had a great nurse with the last name Stone. The ER staff did a great job for a busy Saturday night. I would give them a four. The staff that transports you one place to another, radiology, lab techs, nurse techs along with nutrition did their jobs wells, professional, courteous and helful.
