The only way to access your records is online now. It is a huge mess, no one knows what's going on. My daughter had an appointment 2 weeks ago and I still don't know her results. There is no way to opt out from getting your results online either. I have been on the phone all morning trying to fix it and they just give me another number to call. Great doctor (Vivek Talwar, MD ) and great staff, but I will be moving my family to another office.
I gave birth to my daughter here on August 2, 2018. Our experience was excellent! The entire staff was very helpful and caring. The nurses and techs gave me and my boyfriend very helpful tips on caring for my new daughter and took excellent care of all of us. They made us feel as comfortable as possible the whole stay and were very attentive and consistent. Also, everything was so convenient for us. Everything was always very clean. Not a big fan of hospitals, but the care that my daughter received at this hospital was excellent! They were so nice and professional! Highly recommend this hospital!
Go to Medical City Mckinney instead. A place where they actually treat you properly, listen to you, and go above and beyond. The staff at Baylor will tell you’re dying in 2 days and give you a ton of misinformation. They’ll send you home and tell you to let nature take its course instead of treating you.
Both of my children were born here. All the nurses in labor & delivery were very sweet and my experience was beyond five stars. The NICU nurses and team were amazing, understanding, caring and the sweetest people you’ll meet. Thank you for all that you do and for taking care of Brooklyn! Special thank you to NICU nurses Jaqui, Amy and Merideth. They took such good care of Brooklyn and helped me along the way. I’ll forever be greatful to them and remember them. �
Been admitted here 3 times same stuff. Y’all don’t listen to patients, it’s just Baylor knows best. If you need Baylor go Baylor Dallas, they treat you well and listen to your needs.
Way to go Baylor for kicking my daughter out of hospital forcibly even though she can’t walk and you can’t figure out what is wrong!
My Father was admitted into ICU on Monday and from the moment he was there, he and our entire Family was treated with the upmost care and Love. I want to personally Thank the entire ICU Team of Nurses and Doctors for taking such great care of my Dad. They made his stay as bearable as possible and we could not be more grateful.
