I went in to Baylor at 24 weeks pregnant with what we know now was labor pains. My water broke out the hospital but the refused to acknowledge that it was my water and didn't let me see a doctor. They sent me home at 4 am and I delivered my son at 9am at home. He didn't make it. Baylor mckinney.. I just wish you were better.. and would acknowledge your wrong doings and make it right for the next person.. *PLM forever*

Would give 5 stars till after surgery. If you could give less than -1 I would. Puked my guts up pulled red cord, no one came. Rolled myself to bed with laundry basket cause I thought I was going to pass out. Few minutes later nurse stuck head in and asked if I was ok. The night I stayed the aids were so load laughing I got no sleep. Asked for ear plugs and they just laughed. After being sick the nurse gave me my orders, no lifting, pushing or pulling. A clean hospital with good curteous people work and try to make your visit as good as possible. I didn't have to wait for my blood draw and the young man was very nice.

I had a procedure done at this hospital and was treated wonderfully from the time I walked though the front door to the time I was wheeled out the front door. I truly felt like a VIP! I couldn't have asked for better treatment.
