I never have problems with this hospital. I had my son here. & i jst left there today from having surgery. They always take great care of me. I went to a different Baylor ER & they told me nothing was wrong with me. I went to this one & they immediately tried figuring out the problem. Thank god they figured it out bc it could've ended up bad do to the other ER not figuring out my problem or not even trying to figure it out. Thank you guys for service & fixing me.

My grandmother, age 81, just spent 10 days in your hospital. Tuesday she had surgery and yesterday I brought her back home to Oklahoma. From the moment she arrived by helicopter on the 13th she has had the best care ever. Every nurse and Dr was super friendly and patient with her during this difficult time. On discharge day nurses came in to hug her and say goodbye. I want to say thank you from my family for the excellent care you bestowed to my grandma who means everything to me.

First off you don't clean your sheets. Second, and employee of yours stole my friends phone and you still refuse to do anything.

Some of the nicest people there , & they knew what they were doing . The beat doctors too !!! Very clean. I would highly recommend the hospital

Everything was good ... I was scared but the nurses were great . This was my second time to be in a hospital for a sickness so did not know what to exspect. But it is when I got home I did not understand. Was pasting blood in my urine and a very sore throat . I was not given prescription for pain or antibiotics so to help heal. Have to wait to see my doctor on Monday but until then I must endure the pain etc.

We had an excellent experience yesterday. My so had day surgery and the surgeon, nursing staff and even the volunteers were all amazing, pleasant, helpful, professional and caring. I would definitely recommend this facility.
