The NICU is straight trash my son was sent to the NICU mins after he was born, he was there 5 days they kept changing what he needed to do to get home here is a list of mess ups 1. The nurse where unable to feed my son - I missed one feeding in a 24 hour period and they "had to use the feeding tube" ( and because of that another automatic 24 hour ext. ) But I could get him to eat more and faster every time 2. I received excellent care at this facility! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Is it common practice to not call & tell someone in outpatient surgery your hospital is out of network? Thanks for ruining our vacation by telling me AFTER the surgery! Other hospitals have told us before. Also the “head” nurse was extremely rude kicking us out of the outpatient recovery saying my 2yo daughter “would go to sleep in the car so just go home”

Baylor Scott & White in Rowlett is trash and everybody in it!!! Not about to get shit from me!! Y’all don’t care about your patients. You just want to charge ridiculous amounts for not really doing anything all... The staff seemed very inexperienced. (Stuck my mom multiple times because they can’t figure out an IV) The doctor was a condescending asshole who didn’t listen to our concearns. Worst fucking place in the world!!! If only we moved by father out of this piece of shit “hospital”, he’d be still alive. On top of that they stole his phone and glasses. Fuck this “hospital” and fuck the entire fucking staff. Lawsuit is literally just around the corner assholes!!!!!!!

Brought my son in after a fall at school that we thought may have broken his wrist. Ninety minutes later we left, with a splint for a sprained wrist and a referral to follow up with an orthopedist. As usual, most of the time spent at the hospital was spent waiting to be seen - frustrating, but understandable, since this was not a life-threatening emergency. This hospital only caters to those who have the money to pre pay for their care. I need a surgery that will not only improve my day to day quality of life but will also keep me alive and I was denied treatment because I didn’t have the money to pre pay for my procedure. They told me I could reschedule when I did have the money. If I’m not dead by then I will reschedule, but no way in hell will it be here with these greedy sphincters.

If you want to be guilt tripped, talked down to, told you aren't a good parent to your first born, have your wishes ignored about labor come to this crap place. This will be our first and only stay, so far we've been here in hell since 10-04-17 when our baby was born. The only reason they knew anything was wrong was because I kept asking why in the hell my kid had a fever. Otherwise he would have gone home jaundiced and with a low platelet count.
