the ADMITTING floor Doctors do an excellent job. ER Radiology not so much. I've been using lake point for 15 years for one thing or another and know the in's and out's Or the Good bad and Ugly to Quote Spaghetti Westerns. Good definitely outweighs the the others. As with any other time, life threw us curve ball this Thanksgiving and my beautiful Son is up there. He's severely disabled and depends on me for everything. Where do I even start... in ER OVERNIGHT with nothing to eat or drink?? Are you serious??? And you’re adding on to the hospital? Why??? No one wants to be a patient here!!!!!

worst service I have ever ever had at any Hospital in my life. I am in huge amounts of pain and have pneumonia I have had to ask for my medicines more than three or four times before they are brought to me way past the times that they are due everyone is rude and uncaring and has no bedside manner whatsoever and is in no rush to deliver comfort

This is the absolute worst excuse for a hospital I've ever entered! They violate your rights as a patient, they absolutely humiliated my fiance in the ER while two nurses stood by laughing at him. I have not been allowed to see him since he was brought in even though we are 19weeks pregnant and are engaged and I have a medical power of attorney. I thought the care after my mastcomey was horrible but the 2nd part was even worse! Nurse in recovery litterly handed me 3 throw up bags and scooted me out in a wheelchair as I threw up. Saying I had to go home!!! Wow horrible horrible

DON'T LET THEM TRIAGE YOU WHEN YOU CHECK IN!!! IT WILL COST YOU $250 EVEN IF YOU NEVER SEE A DOCTOR IN THE ER BECAUSE THE WAIT IS 6 HOURS. I threw my back out 3 weeks ago. I was in severe pain and could barely move, so my wife took me to the ER at Baylor Scott & White Lakepointe hospital. There were a number of people in the lobby and we asked how long it would take to be seen. They said they were not sure, but that we could check-in and get "triaged." I want to say that the nurses and doctors who worked with and took care of my daughter during her surgery were wonderful! They cared for her and seemed to really care. But the first person that a patient deals with while checking in is at the inpatient check in center. The person who checked us in was rude when I asked about what I was quoted for my hospital fee.
