Had my son here and all of the nurses, doctors, and staff were phenomenal! Everyone was so nice and wonderful. The NICU staff are amazing and have been giving my son amazing care. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I was warned about going to this hospital for the birth of my daughter and I wish I would have listened. I honestly have never been to a place where the majority of hospital staff are so rude and uncaring. The level of hospital cleanliness and staff is so beyond sub par. I ended up having a c section because a couple of nurses scared me into it. Later on my dr told me that I probably could have done a regular labor and delivery. Had my baby girl there last week and had a wonderful experience. All the nurses and doctors were very accommodating and nice. Definitely recommend.

This place is terrible!! My daughter was ordered emergency ultrasound (STAT) thinking she may have bad gall bladder or bursting appendix. That was yesterday afternoon. No word back. Called and they said they hadn't looked at them yet!! Took her to Texas Health!! Malpractice lawsuit coming up!!!

I’ve had no problems with your hospital so far but today I visited your new cafeteria and that I won’t recommend. I don’t understand how you charge $12.99 for an entree like this. I did have one bite of the curved beef but truly this was a very small meal for the price. And to top it off the menu said corned beef over cabbage and they didn’t have cabbage. I’ll know better next time. Highway robbery 😐

they gave my mom drugs that turned her psychotic and when I spoke to the nurse, charge nurse and Dr they blew me off and just want to restrain her and give her mire drugs. I warned them they are going to stroke her out but they do nt care. transfer her to another hospital if you're not equipped to handle this!! she is there now and I'm in another city. I need someone at the hospital to call me!

maldita sea la hora n que me llevaron a eso miserable hospital! llegue de emergencia, embarazada de 4 meses, tirando agua. solo me llevaron a un cuarto allí me dejaron, sabian xq estaba allí! pero ningún miserable médico ni enfermera hacian ni decían nada. me tuvieron como 4 horas sin que nadie llegara, q no había doctor disponible. es lo q decían las enfermeras, cuando tenía q golpear algo para q llegara alguien. ya cuando llego un miserable médico, después de tanto tiempo sola. solo para decirme ya tu bebé esta muerto! que... read more

Going on 18 hours and my mom still hasn't received a room or the medical attention she needs. Here due to respiratory problems and can't even get oxygen. And ofcourse when I ask anything no one has any information.
