Got there at 11:50am. No beds available. I had to stay in the waiting room with horrible abdominal pain for 10 hours. Had a cat scan and blood tests and no results were given. I had the follow up the next day with my doctor. Worst experience ever!
its was horrible waited 7 hours to be seen. and the front desk girl had no clue on what was going on
Nursing care was fabulous but the administrative staff was far from meeting my expectations. I had a procedure scheduled for THREE WEEKS and they failed to do the authorization until the end of the day before the procedure was we going to be done. Then wanted to call me and blame it on my insurance not approving it! No one would take ownership of their error and just kept making excuses. They have a great unit for young adult cancer patients which have made the cancer journey easier for the whole family.
Annie had surgery there last year, as did Wendy, and we thought the care was wonderful. The nurses were so kind and of course, Anthony is the best!! Please keep me in the info loop I love Wendy, and you all so. Di Ann
Not to happy about the wait in the er for a room when my husbands face was swollen so bad he could barely talk and was having a high fever and that th email nurses and Dr's took their sweet time assisting him hopefully yell won't be this way when my baby is ready to be delivered in 5 weeks
Dr. Vilaythong and his entire staff always go out of their way to me feel at ease . Thank you for the courtesy , and the obvious dedication to their craft .
Very unprofessional my husband was on second floor and mistake after mistake one of the nurses Even told us if we don't like it leave went to file a complaint with administration and they promised to come to room and talk with us this was approximately 4 o'clock in the afternoon 10 o'clock the next morning no one called or showed up like they promised go back to administration office every one is in meetings took my number my sister in laws number said soon as meeting is over they would definitely be in touch they sent nurse... read more
I been going there’s since it was all saints and the doctor get to you I’m a timely manner if you have to have test done the nurse take blood and a line instead of waiting I got a chance to see dr Tracey tonight he is one of the greatest from back in the 90’s overall if your sick I would go recommend Baylor
