Overall Great experience! My Mom had foot surgery there .Staff was Great
This was absolutely the best experience ever!! Our mother was their for outpatient surgery. They treated her like a queen all day. They treated my sister and I like we were just as important as our Mother. Making sure we were informed the entire time. We appreciate every person that we had contact with!
We went to this Hospital due to an emergency with my husband. We had the most UNPROFESSIONAL service for the 2 nights we had to sleep in the emergency room. Never once were we told the truth. They never answered the call light. The brand new emergency room bathrooms had pee all over the floor. And again the emergency nursing staff is so unprofessional. I can’t say enough about the Labor/Delivery & the postpartum care units at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Fort Worth. We were taken care of by the most loving & thoughtful staff. They anticipated all of our needs & attended to us with much grace. I’m truly blessed by the whole experience. �
The best staff and bed side manner. Very thorough in care. One down fall is only diet drinks are sold you can get a regular drink smaller amount bigger price.
Excellent staff ! So caring and loving , but I love the spiritual side and their prayer warriors, Natasha was my Angel God has giving her the charge over Me! Thank you all !
Starting on my cancer journey has been very emotional. Finding a great surgeon and this wonderful hospital has been a blessing. All the staff have gone out of there way to show that they care. I do not have much experience regarding being a patient, but this has to be one the best. This will be my hospital of choice in the future.
All the staff from Emergency room to the cardiovascular icu to the regular floor was excellent! My Mom got the best care!
