Housekeeping wasn't the best.Dr.and staff were freindly.
Outstanding outstanding nurses, clean room, nothing and I mean nothing to complain about.
There is no coffee in waiting rooms for visitors. The walls are thin and you can hear too much noise from nurses and other patients. The room was filthy, had to wipe everything down including bed tray, toilet and sink. There were clothes left behind the chair and coins underneath the chair. Room wasn't swept or mopped. Chairs in the room are sticky. Yuck yuck yuck!
A big thank you to the kind and skilled staff at Baylor - they made a very scary day much easier than I could have imagined for myself and my husband.

I go to the transplant clinic it has been 4 years and every time I have gone to this hospital for anything I have always been met with the best care and friendly and nicest people I love ❤️ Baylor would go no where else
Hospitals great, but you need to get your security in check. The aholes attempting to tell people to not use the passenger loading zone for exactly that are rude and aggressive for no reason. I waited a total of three minutes for my wife and newborn daughter when I was approached and yelled at for “blocking traffic.” If I was blocking traffic in an area designed for traffic flow, STOP parking valet cars in the fire lane! I absolutely Love this hospital. I delivered my beautiful baby girl and all the nurses and staff in the womens ward were FANTASTIC. Extremely helpful, nice, and professional. There was a night nurse particularly that was awesome, her name is Erin. And she made our stay and nights very easy. Since hospital stays are always a bit nerve wrecking and new babys are difficult, she was so helpful and professional and never skipped a beat. I've had 6 surgeries here over the last few years. Staff are fantastic! I wouldn't think of going elsewhere.
