This hospital is falling into extreme disrepair. There is mold everywhere- from Corridors, to patient rooms. Patient care is not on the radar of the staff as They are routinely behind on surgeries/procedures ranging in the 7+ HOUR range. We arrived at 5:30 and were told we would be taken back to the OR by 9, its 12:35 and we are still in a room. I will go out of my way to avoid coming to this facility. I will also warn my family and friends to do the same.
The nurses and doctors are amazing people.
Had kidney stone surgery 2015 and surgeon did not get all the stones so back to different Hospital to get it to pass !
We had my wife in the ER on Friday afternoon and through the late night hours. We were treated horrible and would love for someone to contact us about this situation. Very disappointed in your emergency room department.
In and out very quick. Compassionate nursing staff, physicians, and radiology staff. Even if I didn’t find answers to my abdominal pain, I left happy knowing I was treated with respect and compassion. Will continue to use this ER as needed for my family. Thank you!
Wonderful staff doctors are excellent, Baylor staff treated me like family, they were fast and cared for me properly, wouldn’t go anywhere else love this hospital is the best
My Wife has been there twice, once for breast cancer and the nursing staff was excellent. She is there now for heart problems, the nursing staff is very sweet and considerate. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The staff on the 4th floor in tower B is excellent .
I've had 6 surgeries at this hospital and my expectations are always exceeded. Dr Herd has been my trusted physician for 20 plus years and when he moved from Harris to Baylor, I was concerned about changing hospitals but I'm happy to say my reservations were unfounded. Amazing staff and friendly too is a bonus.
The ER is waiting area is Always dirty. last night was especially bad. blood pressure cuffs and trash everywhere. Apparently there's no cleaning crew at night or during the day ,either.
