I was at this crap hole from 2pm till 10pm that night with a stangulates hernia and not one time was I seen or talked to and then I get a bill for 540.77 yea hay nailer I almost died in that nasty waiting room with the drug addicts sleeping it off and the prosatutes AND I HAD TO GO TO HUEGLY HOSPITAL TO SAVE MY OWN LIFE I WOULD NOT GIVE YOU A TURD IN A BROWN BAG FOR THE WAY I WAS TREATED good luck on that 540.77,I'll go back to prison be FOR I give y'all anything besides I have to pay huegly hospital first as the treated me ... read more

Took 3 hrs before we got a room an another hour to see a doctor 3 hrs after that to go home. And please bring back regular chips and cokes OMG I didnt eat anything all day and what do yall have to eat in the vending machines low cal stuff and diet drinks really!!!!..... nope I am not going back will try a differnt hospital thank you.
Compassionate, professional care. My husband has had 8 procedures here in 8 months, and is continuing Keytruda infusions here now. We have been met with loving and efficient care every time. We used to be "die-hard" Harris Downtown supporters, but Baylor Scott and White All Saints has won us over.

This used to be a great hospital many years ago when it was Baylor All Saints but is the worst I have ever been in now. The staff is very unprofessional. I was told I can't even leave the floor to go to the gift shop to buy toiletries so I can shower or risk being discharged. My nurse said she would take me down to buy the things I needed but that was a lie.I have had the in house supervisor here two days in a row and nothing resolved. I get treated better when I take my dog to the vet. Patient care and comfort is not a prio... read more
My husband had heart tests done to determine what surgery he needed. Also his lungs were in very poor shape to the stress his heart is under. He now has oxygen in his home to help his breathing until his open heart surgery. Thank you
My mom was admitted the day before Thanksgiving. We all went to the hospital the next day to be with her and she was so upset that she could not be home for Thanksgiving. We decided to eat lunch with her. We went to the cafeteria to get lunch and take it to the room when we found out they provided lunch for us. What a blessing. We ate Thanksgiving together after all. Mom's nurse Paula is kind and patient.
