My grandmother has been to this hospital a couple of times. The care has always been great. However in the emergency room department the front desk personnel last night was very rude to my family. They need to be more understanding and compassionate towards the family of patients because we're all just worried about my 84 year-old grandmother. The staff has been treating us so good with clean sheets pillows etc.. the sandwiches and juice and drinks for free for our family that has stayed with my mommy and I thank you for everything Baylor Scott & White
they told me I was faking and sent me home with a blood clot. I had to go to another hospital to find this out.
I only go to this hospital it's the best and they really care and the staff is very nice. I will always come here this is the only hospital I will go to.. and it is very clean..

The OB and NICU staff is amazing! They're taking great care of me and my son. I'm so thankful for everyone helping us.
