My mom was hospitalized twice, within a week period. She was and is a very sick women and requires a lot of care so family members were always with her for the most part. Our first stay, she was in the A wing on the 7th floor, there was plenty of staff and they were amazing. My mom is currently again in the hospital in the B wing 4th floor, honestly it is like I am in a different hospital, I am basing this on the level of care given, which may be in direct correlation with the staffing level. It took a hour just to get registered in, another 2 hours to be called to the back if it was a dying emergency someone would die due to how slow the nurses move. It was ridiculous that was my first and last visit going to Baylor emergency roon
Very good place. Very caring and will most defiantly do whatever they can do to get stuff done.
Great facilities! Nurses are so helpful and considerate.
had all three of my kids here the staff was wonderful and the doctors care is wonderful also I loved all three of my stays

My best friend Beckie Malaeb is in this hospital right now and she faces major abdominal surgery. This woman is precious to me and she is priceless to so many others. She survived a head on car crash 20 years ago. She survived being physically hit by a car at Las Vegas Trail and Calmont 2 years ago. She has had so much pain, and yet she worries about others more than her own well being. JPS is a joke. They let her suffer with this for the past 6 months. I will say this one of the WORST ER rooms in Fort Worth. I went in today because my doctor instructed me to. i am.13 weeks pregnant. first off the sono tech could not have been more rude, she was also questioning why did my doctor even send me here. the aide that took my blood did not even put the tourniquet in the right spot stuck me and then wondering why my veins rolled. then left the room while still leaving the tourniquet on. the PA who i saw had zero compassion which with her exam asked me to keep sitting up even thoug... read more
