Horrible experience. They herd people from one area to another like cattle. The nurse took me into a room and said something to me, I couldn't even understand because she wasn't looking at me when she said it and she was in such a hurry to walk our of the room. I think she said the PA would decide what to do and then send me back to waiting room? That didn't make any sense. I asked to leave and was then told that I had to wait because change of shift! Oh, I interrupted change of shift! Now that makes sense. 🙄
ER here sucks I will stick to Harris next time. But when I delivered my twins I had an amazing experience.
The nurses really know how to make you feel comfortable when the pain is at extreme, given enough rest and care and accurate diagnoses
My husband and I agreed that this was one of the best hospital experiences we've had.
I will not recommend this hospital at all. Rude people specially the nurses. I understand you work a lot of hours but if you can’t function right or act right because you are tired then go home and rest. We’ve been waiting in the exam room for about 4 hours. So I went out of the room and asked this nurses and they look at me like I’m bothering them. I hate this place. 6/26/19 02:39 (still waiting)
Staff very friendly and helpful spot on with their Ob/delivery Department very amazing nurse and ultrasound Tech worked together with Dr and nurse's well .
Loved all about this place!!!!!!! Drs, surgeons, nurses, techs and Felicia the cleaning lady!!!!! You made us feel like FAMILY!! You continue to treat us as FAMILY!!!!
from the emergency room where I was initially seen, to the inpatient room where I remained several weeks, there is no doubt that I received the best possible medical care from each and every treating staff person - life-saving care - and I am more than grateful for not only the care, but the professional manner in which it was administrated by the dedicated staff - thank you one and all - with special thanks to cardiology and pulmonary services - jcg
New ER is nice, but they dont use their rooms. They're no different than JPS now. Room to triage, then put out into hallways of hard, uncoftable chairs, room for meds, back to chairs, room to do labs, back to chairs then back to room for discharge. No feeling of privacy, no comfort... Kinda saddens me, all these new beds, and roomsnbuild for patients, and their jothing but displays...., baylor was my top choice, for er visit locations.... Not anymore
