Based only on ER - been here many times before, but not since name change. ER nurse were very nice, BUT housekeeping seemed to be on strike. Waiting area and the treatment rooms were dirty! Even dry blood on the floor from previous patient. Not a lot but still eewww. It was pretty full- so you expect to see the cleaning crew, but didn't see them once.
I think services was great and the staff was great and nurses and the doctor was good they helped us out great I would highly recommend Baylor Scott All Saints to any one thanks job well done by the way this was O.B service's
The whole staff was amazing! Very professional and compassionate care was provided. There aren't any words to express our gratitude. The interdisciplinary team came together as ONE. God bless you all �
