I have always loved Baylor. But today may be the time to change. 2 1/2 weeks ago I was admitted and took days to get the two surgeons to sit down and schedule me. I still am not feeling well. Dr discharged me home and I told her it would be after 5:00 pm when my daughter could get me. The hospital Dr said no problem stay as long as you need. Plus I have had a pic line special iv since April. Today they were demanding it be removed and I said no! Came in with one, going home with one. I dehydrate very quickly so I have standi... read more
I went in for a Cardio Version, the nurses were very kind and caring. They explained everything to me before and after my procedure Even brought me an unexpected meal after I woke up. I was in and out in five hours and even had my valet parked (ride) car waiting for me at the door.
The people are so professional. The accommodations are top notch. The insurance plan we had was excellent. But, they dropped out of market place so we have Ambetter....never heard of them! Ever...I'm a bit concerned.
Wish they had places to stay for family that has someone in icu when the family comes from our of town
They are taking good care of my hubby...we are blessed
Worst experience every ! Waited 10 hours in the ER just to see a rude nurse !!! I think not never again will I go back to Baylor
Very scary time in our life, they are taking very good care of our loved one. I appreciate all you do, answering my questions when ever I ask. Quick to respond to nurse calls at bedside. Wonderful/ CLEAN hospital. Thank you again Baylor Scott & White doctors and staff for being the best for us.
