The wife waited almost 2 hours in the ER waiting room with major migraine pain that was causing her to not be able to keep anything down. She also has a neurological issue that the ER was made aware of. We sat there and watched person after person get called back into the ER, most of them clearly not in pain, and even a few joking around. We were told she would be the first to go back, but a nurse who didn't even see her changed that so she was bumped to the bottom of the list. This hospital is certainly better than JPS they take forever to see people when it comes to basic procedures I would never go to JPS Hospital I've been before but your hospitals fantastic it's clean modern and up-to-date staff for also helpful they do not stand around and talk if a person needs their help they pay attention they show you where things are at especially offices that are important including pharmacies
I had just been discharged yesterday,the staff at the transplant clinic,ICU,8th floor,and the rest were great,best hospital stay under the circumstances.
Had surgery and spent the night, excellent care. Thank you so much to Marena the surgical assistant, Kristen on my anesthesia team, and my two wonderful nurses Frances and Karen. I was so well taken care of with great attention to detail, and efficiency that did not lack in heart!
